Use this form to exercise your right to access or delete your personal data. We will email you a confirmation link to verify ownership of the address. Once confirmed, we respond within 30 days.

Scope: this request covers data tied to your email address — waitlist subscriptions, contact form submissions, feedback, and onboarding email sequence state. Payment records are processed by Stripe (the payment processor and data controller for billing data) and retained per US tax record-keeping rules; for those, contact Stripe directly. Public community contributions (safety reports) are not tied to your account and are handled separately — email contact@ouobanyc.com for those.
